About USfans
USFans is a Chinese sourcing and purchasing platform headquartered in Guangzhou, with an English interface aimed at buyers in the United States, Europe and Australia. It is an agent, not a retailer: you supply a link from Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian, USFans pays the seller in yuan, receives the parcel at its own warehouse, inspects it, and forwards it internationally once you approve. Two features shape how people actually use it. The first is the USFans Spreadsheet — a community-built index that started on Reddit and is still maintained by overseas shoppers. It gathers trending listings from Chinese marketplaces into one English-language list, so you click an entry, get the original product link, and load it inside USFans. The spreadsheet is a discovery tool only; stock and pricing always come from the original store. The second is the warehouse service: 3–5 free QC photos per order, 90 days of free storage on agent purchases, and consolidation of many small orders into one international parcel. Payments cover PayPal, international cards, Google Pay and crypto such as USDT and BTC, with a published surcharge, and the platform quotes shipping to more than 200 countries. Optional shipping insurance covers delays, loss and customs seizure, and returns are supported while items are still in the warehouse. Note that fee figures here reflect the platform's published data as of August 2026 and should be re-checked before you fund a large order.
What works well
Free QC photos arrive before you pay international freight, so a bad item can be returned while it is still in the Chinese warehouse.
90 days of free storage is generous enough to spread a seasonal haul over weeks and ship one heavier, cheaper parcel.
The USFans Spreadsheet gives you an English index of Taobao, 1688 and Weidian finds instead of guessing Chinese search keywords.
Payment coverage is broad for an agent of this size: cards, PayPal, Google Pay and crypto, with the surcharge published rather than hidden.
Support runs in English and Spanish, which shortens return and customs questions for European and Australian buyers.
What to check
The published exchange rate of 6.01 sits well above the interbank rate (roughly a 10.8% markup in our calculation), so the FX spread can cost more than the nominal service fee.
A 5.49% payment surcharge stacks on top of the item price, domestic delivery and international freight — budget all four lines separately.
Spreadsheet prices are last-recorded seller prices; confirm size, variant and current price inside USFans before paying.
Warehouse photos are evidence of condition, not proof of authenticity, and the free photos are limited, so request measurements for apparel and shoes.
Storage: 90 days for agent-purchased items, 60 days for forwarding items, and no paid extension — an unshipped parcel can become a deadline problem during holiday peaks.
Is USFans a real agent?
USFans is an operating shopping agent with a warehouse in Guangzhou, an English storefront, and a public fee and payment structure. It is not a marketplace and holds no stock — every order is a purchase from a third-party Taobao, Tmall, 1688 or Weidian seller made on your behalf. Our testing team judges it on what is verifiable rather than on reputation: published fees, working QC photos, storage terms in writing, and support that answers a return question. Those all exist. What we cannot verify for you is the seller behind any given spreadsheet link, so the safety of an order depends on both the agent and the store you choose. Fund a first order at a size you can afford to have locked up in a dispute, and confirm the current fee schedule inside your account before scaling up.
What you actually pay
Budget five separate lines: the item price, domestic shipping inside China, any service or payment surcharge, international freight, and import duty at destination. The published terms as of August 2026 list a 5.49% payment surcharge and an exchange rate of 6.01. In our calculation that rate carries roughly a 10.8% markup over the interbank rate, which is the cost figure most buyers overlook — the FX spread is charged on every item, not just on shipping. Freight is quoted as a prepayment and settled against actual weight and volumetric weight, so packaging choices (shoe boxes, vacuum packing, the paid packing estimate) change the final bill. Insurance and extra QC photos are optional add-ons, not defaults.
Seasonal parcel preparation
The 90-day free storage window is the main planning tool, and it is also the main trap. There is no paid extension, so a parcel held for a spring sale can expire before a summer shipment. Plan around three pressure points. Before Chinese New Year and Golden Week, seller dispatch slows for days or weeks, so order earlier than the usual domestic transit suggests. Around 11.11 and other shopping festivals, warehouse intake and outbound queues lengthen. And in the weeks before Western holiday gifting, air capacity tightens and freight quotes climb, which is exactly when a consolidated parcel is worth the most. Packing decisions are seasonal too: vacuum packing soft clothing cuts volume on winter hauls, while structured bags and boxed sneakers should keep their protection even at a higher chargeable weight. If a deadline matters, ship with a buffer rather than assuming the fastest advertised route will hold.
How we estimate a USFans order
We add the seller's item price, domestic delivery and any option costs, apply the platform's published exchange rate, then add payment surcharge and a freight estimate based on packed weight for the destination route. Duty and destination handling are added separately, never folded into the agent's quote. Because fee schedules change, we date our figures: the 6.01 rate, the 5.49% surcharge and the storage terms above reflect published information as of August 2026. Re-check them in your own account before you commit to a large haul, and treat any older percentage you see quoted online as unverified.
